• The delicious cake is hand-delivered by a delivery personal in a good quality cardboard box. We use third parties to deliver the products.
• The chosen delivery date, time and location is considered as only an estimate of your requirement. We will do our best to deliver as per your estimate but the delivery purely depends on the availability of the product, delivery person and other factors that affect the delivery.
• Since cakes are perishable in nature, we attempt delivery of your order only once. The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address or refund cannot be claimed for such orders.
• This product is hand delivered and will not be delivered along with courier products.
• Unsized cakes will have handmade custom boxes and or wrapped with a food safe cling wrap.
• The product is delivered by third-party delivery companies such as Swiggy-genie, Dunzo, Bluedart, DHL, Delhivery, etc. The delivery is at your own discretion.
• If there is damage in the condition of the product, there are a lot of factors to it and we do not take any responsibility for the same. We take responsibility for the cakes that are above 5Kgs and those cakes will be delivered by us.
• Online Cake delivery in India is made easy with French Bread India.
• It will not be possible for us to accept any request for product exchanges/returns.
• We will replace a product with a manufacturing defect.
• Please let us know as soon as possible when you receive a defective product.
• Since products (Products other than same day delivery) are shipped using the services of our courier partners, the date of delivery is an estimate.
• Your gift may be delivered (Products other than same day delivery) prior or after the chosen date of delivery.
• A courier product is delivered separately from other hand delivered products.
• No deliveries (Products other than same day delivery) are made on Sundays and National Holidays.
• Our courier partners do not call prior to delivering an order, so we recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package.
• The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
• All courier orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse.
• Soon after the order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that will help you trace your gift.
• Flowers may be delivered in fully bloomed, semi-bloomed or bud stage.
• Occasionally, substitution of flowers is necessary due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues.

Care Instructions:

• Always store cake in a refrigerator.
• Butter cream cakes get hard when stored in the refrigerator. Allow the cake for sometime before cutting.
• Slice and serve the cake at room temperature and make sure it is not exposed to heat.
• Consume the cake within 24 hours.
