Note: The photo cake orders placed without sending the photos or order ID along with the photos or delay in sending the photos with order ID via WhatsApp or email will not be processed nor delivered on quoted delivery time nor the refund will be processed.

Delivery Information:

1. The looks of the cake in the image are for representation purposes only. The product which you receive will resemble 70 – 80 percent of the display image. This is because every chef has his/her creativity which brings more durability to the cake.
2. The delicious cake is hand-delivered by our online cake delivery vendor in a good quality cardboard box. We use third parties to deliver the products.
3. The chosen delivery time is an estimate and depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the product to be delivered.
4. Since cakes are perishable in nature, we attempt delivery of your order only once. The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.

6. Occasionally, substitutions of flavours/designs are necessary due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues.

Care Instructions:

1. Store cream cakes in a refrigerator.
2. Due to climate conditions, the ink may smudge and we are not responsible for it.
3. Slice and serve the cake at room temperature and make sure it is not exposed to heat.
4. Sculptural elements and figurines may contain wire supports or toothpicks or wooden skewers for support.
5. The cake should be consumed within 24 hours.
